Hey guys,

Just to say thanks to the people that sent me e-mails offering help with the mod. Currently I have confirmation from two people that will be joining the team :)

This will help with the modeling side of things as well as voice overs!

Sorry that general updates are slow at the moment, I hope to fix that once we get working with the new guys helping with the project :D

Moving Forward

Hey guys,

Just an update about where I am at currently.

The MOD is moving forward nicely, I have the story down (Pretty much with the help of the community ideas at moddb) but I'm feeling a bit ambitious with the mod and the things I would like to do, I cant do alone.

This is where you come in!

If you have experience Model making, Doing Voice overs, Programming, and or music creation - LET ME KNOW!

I know a few people have brought it up before but now i need your help!

Hey guys,

Just thought I would post a new image as its been a few weeks since I last posted any kind of update. I have been busy working on a few projects so I haven't got as much done as I would have liked but progress is progress :)

One thing I am interested in hearing is what kind of story you guys think would be suitable for the mod to have. I had a story but scrapped it based on community feedback. I'm in the process of writing a new story at the moment so I would like to hear your opinions are and get feedback from the community regarding what you guys would like to see in the mod, I don't want to put out a half assed mod with a rushed story.. Thats why I want peoples thoughts :D

The new image I uploaded is outside the store from the video where your in the shop taking cover from the dust and debris caused by the monster.

I look forward to hearing your ideas!

Just a heads up.. I have now created a Moddb profile as most people I know that like the mod were telling me to "make it official" by creating a profile for the mod on the site, so now i have! Go check it out!

Short Teaser Release

Good morning!

Just a quick update for anyone interested in the Mod.

I have been working on more sections as of late and tweaked a few things and although things are coming on quicker than before, not everything is finished so bare that in mind when viewing the clip.. It is a work in progress after all :-)

I know its not much of an update but i really dont want to show anything off that im not confident with so please bare with me and as little as the updates are, they are better than nothing i guess!

Thought i would take a Hi-res screen shot of the store part of the first level so people can see what it will look like in game. (again - its not finished so many details are missing and a lot of textures are acting as place holders at the moment)

The second image is pretty much concept. Its what I will be aiming for in the finished opening level.

Hello people, Just a quick word to let you I haven't stopped working on the mod. Its still very much alive and being worked on as we speak - please have patience and I will release a major update when I am confident It is of good enough quality.. keep checking back for updates!

Hi and sorry for the lack of updates as of late. I have been working on bits and pieces within the mod. Its taking a little longer than expected but I have uploaded a video of the shop/store section from the game. Its not much in terms of new material and its pretty much more of what you have seen just slightly improved. I will be making a bigger blog soon with new sections of the games to show in video and picture form. Here is the video I have uploaded of the same section from a few months back. Its only a few seconds long but its a bit more improved from the last video i uploaded. The next video will show more of the gameplay and the parasites from cloverfield which will reveal more about the games gameplay and story line as it will pretty much be an official gameplay trailer!

Cloverfield Source is coming!

I thought I would create a blog to let everyone know about how the game/mod is coming on for Cloverfield source as a lot of people want news and updates on it.

I have been pretty busy the last few months so I have had little time to work on the mod and create much more than a re-vamped version of the "shop area" that you see in the video (That i am still tweaking and making final changes to).

Recently I have had a lot more free time which means that i can work on the mod more and hope to get it finished soon. I will keep this blog to upload any videos and bits of progress i make as i have it.

Please bare in mind i am the only person working on this mod so progress may seem slow. If anyone is interested in helping me with the mod send details of your previous work under one of my blog posts or email me Here or leave a comment on any of the blog posts.
